The District & Sessions Judge’s Court in Vijayapura was established in 1904. Vijayapura Taluka comprises 6 District and Session Courts, 2 Family Courts, 1 Labour Court, 5 Senior Civil and JMFC Courts, and 6 Civil and JMFC Courts. Indi Taluka has 1 Senior Civil Judge Court and 2 Civil Judge Courts. Sindagi Taluka has 2 Senior Civil Judge Courts and 2 Civil Judge Courts. Basavan Bagewadi Taluka has 2 Senior Civil Judge Courts and 2 Civil Judge Courts.
